研究目的：

1）探索2所医院门诊的病历，了解患者的属性，疾病和医生的背景，抗生素使用方式之间的关系。 2）调查反馈干预对ATB处方的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To explore the medical records of outpatient department in 2 hospitals to understand the relationship among patients attributes, diseases and doctor’s background, patterns of antibiotic use. 2) To investigate the effectiveness of feedback intervention on ATB prescription.

纳入标准：

2016年访问的所有患者的医疗记录将包括在内，其医生在医院工作至少6个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Medical record will be included from all patients visiting in 2016 whose doctors work at the hospital for at least 6 months;
2. For the main study, we identified the doctors whose working years are more than 6 months from personnel management unit in primary hospitals.

排除标准：

应排除结核病（TB），因为结核病的治疗方案是固定的和标准的。

Exclusion criteria：

Tuberculosis (TB) should be excluded because the treatment options for TB are fixed and standard.

在贵州农村地区的1399所乡镇公立医院中，有132所使用由公共卫生部开发的同一卫生信息系统（HIS）。在此之外，我们列出了拥有超过3名门诊医生的基层医院名单，他们每10天可以达到100个处方，由计算机信息技术人员产生随机序列选择31个医院。 31家医院的所有合格医师都参与了这项研究。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

我们已与贵州省卫生健康委员会信息中心和HIS系统开发公司达成协议，从贵州省具有相同HIS系统，且有3个以上在岗时间超过1年的门诊全科医生，这些医生每10天能稳定达到100张以上处方量的100家公立基层医院（医院名单见表1）中，采集2019年6个月内使用的抗生素医疗记录，包括患者ID，及个人基本信息，过敏史、病史，ICD-10的疾病代码，抗生素及使用剂量、价格，所有的电子信息均来自贵州省卫生健康委员会信息中心数据平台。我们在签订协议后，将由HIS系统开发公司程编写数据下载程序，项目组主要成员可在线实时下载目标数据。医生基本信息来自各医疗机构人事部门，通过编码识别进行医生与患者关联，形成就诊服务信息的大数据库。所有数据均以excel表格形式呈现。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

We have reached an agreement with the Guizhou Provincial Health and Wellness Committee Information Center and HIS System Development Company to have the same HIS system in Guizhou Province and more than 3 outpatient general practitioners who have been on duty for more than 1 year. These doctors can reach the stable every 10 days. 100 public hospitals with more than 100 prescriptions (see Table 1 for hospital list), collecting medical records of antibiotics used within 6 months of 2019, including patient ID, and basic personal information, allergy history, medical history, ICD-10 The disease code, antibiotics and dosage, price, and all electronic information are from the Data Center of the Information Center of the Guizhou Provincial Health and Wellness Commission. After signing the agreement, we will write a data download program by the HIS system development company. The main members of the project team can download the target data online in real time. The basic information of the doctors comes from the personnel department of each medical institution, and the doctors are associated with the patients through code recognition to form a large database of medical service information. All data is presented in an excel form.
