研究目的：

1.扩大药物的临床应用，增加样本量； 2.观察不同麻醉方案对患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Expand the clinical application of drugs and increase the sample size; 2. To observe the effect of different anesthesia programs on patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、60岁≥ 年龄≥18岁，性别不限；
2、18kg/m^2 3、美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；
4、自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
5、不存在无痛胃镜检查禁忌证。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years, gender is not limited;
2. 18kg/m^2 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to II;
4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent;
5. There are no contraindications for painless gastroscopy.

排除标准：

1、合并急性呼吸道感染患者；
2、合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者；
3、对相关麻醉药物过敏患者；
4、长期服用镇痛镇静药物患者；
5、急性上消化道大出血患者；
6、处于妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
7、精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute respiratory infection;
2. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
3. Patients who are allergic to related anesthetics;
4. Patients who take analgesic and sedative drugs for a long time;
5. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
6. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
7. Patients with mental illness.
