研究目的：

检测胚胎移植第12天外周血HCG,PlGF和sFlt1水平，评价胚胎着床期合体滋养细胞和细胞滋养细胞的功能，评估子宫螺旋动脉重铸情况，统计分析以获得预测大产科综合征疾病的风险值，为更早的预测，监测，防治大产科综合征提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The levels of HCG, PlGF and sFlt1 in peripheral blood were detected on the 12th day of embryo transfer, and the functions of syncytiotrophoblasts and cytotrophoblasts during embryo implantation were evaluated. Evaluate the remodeling of uterine spiral artery, and make statistical analysis to obtain the risk value for predicting the disease of large obstetric syndrome, and provide a reference for earlier prediction, monitoring, and prevention and treatment of large obstetric syndrome.

经辅助生殖技术治疗受孕的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who have been treated with assisted reproductive technology to conceive.

排除标准：

不愿意进入该项观察性研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who refuse to be recruited in the observation study.
