研究目的：

观察艾司氯胺酮对全麻诱导血流动力学及心脏电生理的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of esketamine on hemodynamics and cardiac electrophysiology induced by general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～60周岁，女性，体重35～78kg；
2.术前心功能分级(NYHA)Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
3.重要脏器功能基本正常；
4.术前无心电过速、过缓、传导阻滞及心律失常等，心电图基本正常；
5.Mallampati气道评级低于或等于二级；
6.手术类型为妇科腹腔镜手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years, female, weight 35-78kg;
2. Preoperative cardiac function classification (NYHA) I-II;
3. The function of important organs is basically normal;
4. There is no tachycardia, bradycardia, conduction block and arrhythmia before operation, and the electrocardiogram is basically normal;
5. Mallampati airway rating lower than or equal to Class II;
6. The type of surgery is gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

1.内分泌系统、造血系统等严重原发性疾病；
2.未控制的高血压及有明显感染患者；
3.二次插管者，有插管困难；
4.有精神异常者，或认知功能障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious primary diseases such as endocrine system and hematopoietic system;
2. Uncontrolled hypertension and patients with obvious infection;
3. Those who are intubated for the second time have difficulty in intubation;
4. Those with mental disorders, or cognitive dysfunction, etc.
