研究目的：

观察艾司氯胺酮对全麻诱导血流动力学及心脏电生理的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of esketamine on induced hemodynamics and cardiac electrophysiology were observed

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18～60周岁，女性，体重35～78kg；(2)术前心功能分级(NYHA)Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；(3)重要脏器功能基本正常；(4)术前无心电过速、过缓、传导阻滞及心律失常等，心电图基本正常；(5)Mallampati气道评级低于或等于二级。(6)手术类型为妇科腹腔镜手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18~60 years old, female, weight 35~78kg;(2) preoperative cardiac function grade (NYHA) -grade; (3) important organs are basically normal; (4) preoperative electrical overload, excessive slow, block and arrhythmia, ECG is basically normal; (5) Mallampati airway rating is lower than or equal to level 2.(6) The surgical type is gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

1）心、脑、肺、肝、肾及内分泌系统、造血系统等严重原发性疾病（2）未控制的高血压及有明显感染患者（3）二次插管者，有插管困难（4）有精神异常者，或认知功能障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and endocrine system, and hematopoietic system (2) uncontrolled hypertension and secondary (3) intubation in patients with obvious infection, intubation difficulty (4) patients with mental abnormalities, or cognitive dysfunction.
