Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of Kinesio Taping on proprioception and balance in individuals with chronic ankle instability

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-28岁；
2.1年前至少有一次外踝扭伤引起疼痛、肿胀等症状（非近3月）；
3.患侧踝关节有“打软腿”的感觉，和/或反复扭伤和/或“不稳定感”；
4. CAIT量表得分＜24分；

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-28 years old;
2. A history of at least 1 significant ankle sprain. The initial sprain must have occurred at least 12 months prior to study enrollment; Was associated with inflammatory symptoms (pain, swelling, etc); Created at least 1 interrupted day of desired physical activity; The most recent injury must have occurred more than 3 months prior to study enrollment;
3. A history of the previously injured ankle joint giving way and/or recurrent sprain and/or feelings of instability;
4. CAIT scale score < 24.

排除标准：

1.双侧踝不稳；
2.下肢骨折、手术、皮肤疾病等；
3.神经系统、前庭系统等疾病；
4.对肌内效贴和运动白贴过敏者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bilateral ankle instability;
2. Lower limb fracture, surgery, skin diseases, etc.;
3. Diseases of the nervous system and vestibular system;
4. Those who are allergic to the intramuscular patch and the white patch.
