建立OSAHS患者嗓音特征数据库，定性主要/次要发病部位，定量病变组织，开发通过OSAHS的新型诊疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish the voice characteristic database of OSAHS patients Qualitatively identify the main / secondary disease sites Quantify the diseased tissues Develop a new diagnosis and treatment method through OSAHS

纳入标准：

入选标准：1. 以睡眠打鼾伴夜间呼吸暂停为主诉的患者，入院行多导睡眠检查；2.年龄大于15周岁；3. 符合《阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治指南（2011 年修订版）》的诊断标准，即每夜 7 h 睡眠呼吸过程中呼吸暂停及低通气反复发作 30 次以上或呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）≥ 5 次 /h；4.患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sleep snoring and nocturnal apnea were admitted to hospital for polysomnography; 2. Over 15 years old; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (2011 Revision), that is, more than 30 recurrent episodes of apnea and hypopnea or apnea hypopnea index (AHI) ≥ 5 times / h during sleep breathing for 7 hours every night; 4. The patient signs the informed consent form

排除标准：

排除标准：1. 有呼吸道急性病史者；2. 有上呼吸道外伤及手术史；3. 有严重言语障碍和认知障碍者；

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute respiratory history; 2. History of upper respiratory tract trauma and operation; 3. Persons with severe speech and cognitive impairment;
