研究目的：

评估传统印模与数字化印模复制软组织形态的精度差异，为临床操作提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the difference in the accuracy of soft tissue morphology reproduction between traditional impressions and digital impressions, to provide reference for clinical operations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于18岁；
2. 牙周条件及全身条件稳定（ASA分级：I或II）；
3. 上颌前牙单颗牙缺失（尖牙到尖牙）；
4. 邻牙为天然牙根；
5. 依从性良好，可按时复诊完成检查；
6. 口腔卫生维护良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 18 years;
2. Periodontal conditions and systemic conditions are stable (ASA classification: I or II);
3. Single missing maxillary anterior teeth (canine to canine);
4. The adjacent teeth are natural roots;
5. The compliance is good, and the inspection can be completed on time;
6. Good oral hygiene is maintained.

排除标准：

1.存在无法控制的牙周疾病和（或）系统性疾病；
2.存在精神类禁忌证；
3.重度吸烟（超过20支/天）；
4.头颈部放疗史；
5.准备怀孕或已怀孕的患者；
6.目前酗酒和（或）吸毒。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled periodontal disease and/or systemic disease;
2. There are mental contraindications;
3. Heavy smoking (more than 20 cigarettes/day);
4. History of head and neck radiotherapy;
5. Patients who are planning to become pregnant or have become pregnant;
6. Current alcohol and/or drug use.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将传统印模硅橡胶灌注成石膏模型，应用仓扫仪进行光扫，并转换成STL文件；数字化印模可直接导出STL文件。在Geomagic软件上，将不同取模方法对应的STL文件，以“临时牙直接印模”为对照组，进行两两对比，并由软件产生RMS值，用以评估不同取模方法之间的偏差。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Conventional impressions were poured with type IV dental stone and scanned into stl date. Impression date (stl) of 5 different impression methods were analysed using Geomagic and RMS was compared.
