研究目的：

明确基于盆腔超声图像的深度学习模型作为卵巢癌诊断模型的灵敏度、特异度、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值；探索此模型预测卵巢癌患者预后的潜能。  

Objectives of Study：

The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the deep learning model based on pelvic ultrasound images as a diagnostic model for ovarian cancer were clarified. To explore the prognostic potential of this model in ovarian cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.同意参与该临床研究并签署了知情同意书； 2.入组时未开始任何形式的治疗（包括但不限于，附件包块切除手术，化疗，靶向治疗等）； 3.入组后的附件包块患者有明确病理诊断； 4.无除卵巢癌外的其他恶性肿瘤病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients willing to participate as evidenced by signing the written informed consent form; 2. Patients enrolled before initiation of any kind of treatment (including but not limited to adnexal mass excision surgery, chemotherapy, target therapy); 3. Patients with adnexal lesions had pathological diagnosis after enrollment; 4. had no history of malignancy other than ovarian cancer.

排除标准：

1.不配合或参与其他临床试验者；2. 患有其他恶性肿瘤史者；3. 附件病变无明确病理诊断者 4. 附件病变经过治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants unwilling to cooperate or participate in other clinical trials; 2. Participants with history of malignancy other than ovarian cancer; 3. Patients having adnexal lesions without pathological diagnosis after enrollment4. Patients enrolled before initiation of any kind of treatment
