研究目的：

对比不同类型青光眼患者前房水中蛋白标记物的表达水平差异，探究青光眼的发病机制，为青光眼的个性化及精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The expression levels of protein markers in anterior chamber water of patients with different types of glaucoma were compared to explore the pathogenesis of glaucoma and provide a basis for personalized and precise treatment of glaucoma.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.POAG被基础术视野定义为(1)青光眼视光神经病理（GON），(2)汉弗莱场分析仪上的特征视野缺陷，(3)通过GONIOSCOPY开放前室角度，(4)升高IOP> 21 mm Goldmann Applanation Tonometer的HG；
2.如果杯/盘不对称> 0.2在眼睛，边缘稀释，切除，挖掘，挖掘或视网膜神经纤维层缺陷之间，则诊断出肺螨神经病变（GON）；
3.特征化石瘤性视野缺陷是Bjerrum，Seidel，副探测器或汉弗莱视野上的鼻腔，其中簇的3个或更多个相邻点抑制> 5dB或2相邻点抑制> 10 dB。

Inclusion criteria

1.POAG is defined by basic surgical field of vision as (1)glaucoma neuropathology (GON), (2)characteristic field defects on the Humphrey field analyzer, (3) pre-ventricular Angle opening through GONIOSCOPY, (4)increased IOP> 21 mm HG of Goldmann Applanation Tonometer;
2.Pulmonary mite neuropathy (GON) is diagnosed if the cup/plate asymmetry > 0.2 is between the eye, marginal dilution, excision, excavation, excavation, or retinal nerve fibrous layer defects;
3.Characteristic fossil nodular visual field defects are the nasal cavity on the Bjerrum, Seidel, sub-detector or Humphrey visual field, in which clusters of 3 or more adjacent points suppress > 5dB or 2 adjacent points suppress > 10 dB.

排除标准：

1.受试者任何一只眼有活动性的眼部感染或眼部炎症，如活动期沙眼、眼内炎；
2.受试者有眼睑或眼部周围皮肤炎症反应，如前部睑缘炎、特应性皮炎、酒糟鼻、春季卡他性结膜炎等；
3.受试者有眼睑异常，如睑内翻、睑外翻、眼睑肿瘤、眼睑闭合不全、严重倒睫、严重上睑下垂等；
4.受试者既往有严重角膜病变，如角膜化学伤、角膜营养不良等；
5.受试者在检查前3个月内有眼部手术史或外伤史；
6.研究者判断受试者无法依从研究要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subject has active eye infection or inflammation in either eye, such as active trachoma or endophthalmitis;
2.Subjects have eyelid or skin inflammation around the eyes, such as anterior blepharitis, atopic dermatitis, rosacea, spring catarrh conjunctivitis, etc.;
3.The subjects have eyelid abnormalities, such as entropion, ectropion, eyelid tumor, eyelid insufficiency, severe trichiasis, severe ptosis, etc.;
4.Subjects have previous severe corneal lesions, such as corneal chemical injury and corneal malnutrition;
5.Subjects have a history of eye surgery or trauma within 3 months prior to the examination;
6.The investigator judged that the subject could not comply with the study requirements.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时，完整、正确、清晰的载入病例报告表，录入采用相应数据库系统，双人双机录入。之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The data were entered into the corresponding database system by two people and two machines. Then the database is compared twice. Electronic data files are kept separately and multiple backups are kept on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
