研究目的：

通过该项目的研究，可明确基于镜像的健肢带动患肢训练对脑卒中患者上肢及手功能的影响，明确作用的安全性，为临床提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of this project, the effect of mirror-based limb training on upper limb and hand function of stroke patients can be clarified, the safety of the effect can be clarified, and the basis can be provided for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次发病并伴有肢体功能障碍，且为单侧偏瘫；
2.病情稳定，患者病程不超过1年；
3.年龄30-79岁；
4.患侧手经Brunnstrom分期评定处于第II-VI期；
5.坐位平衡>=1级，可以保持坐位>=10min；
6.依从性好，配合治疗；
7.对本研究知悉并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The first onset was accompanied by limb dysfunction and unilateral hemiplegia;
2.The condition is stable, the patient's course of disease does not exceed 1 year;
3.Aged 30 to 79 years;
4.The affected hand was assessed at stage II-VI by Brunnstrom staging;
5.Sitting balance >= 1 grade, can maintain sitting >= 10 min;
6.Good compliance, with the treatment;
7.Know about the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定患者；
2.有严重的重要脏器病变及心肌梗死、未控制高血压等并发症；
3.患有药物也无法控制的精神类疾病；
4.上肢缺失或本身存在肌肉骨骼系统疾病；
5.研究期间接受其他中枢性干预措施患者；
6.因意识、视力或听力障碍而无法正常进行治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with unstable vital signs; (2) Patients with severe important organ disease, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension and other complications; (3) Patients with mental diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; (4) Patients with upper limb loss or musculoskeletal system diseases; (5) Patients receiving other central intervention measures during the study.(6) Patients who cannot be treated normally due to visual or hearing impairment

由不参与本实验实施并负责随机化的人员采用计算机Excel软件进行随机数字表法随机分组。第1步在Excel的第1列输入1/2各20个数字，顺序不定；第2步在第2列生成40个随机数字（输入”=rand()”）；第3步将这2列数据按照第2列的随机数字进行排序；第4步在第3列按顺序输入1-40。按照纳入患者的先后顺序（根据第3列）来找到对应的分组（根据第1组）。
