主要目的：在本研究中，旨在研究咀嚼口香糖在心胸外科疾病患者围手术期的益处。 次要目的：评价在心胸外科疾病患者围手术期增加咀嚼口香糖康复训练，带来了身体和情绪等方面的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: In this study, the aim was to study the perioperative benefits of chewing gum in patients with cardiothoracic surgery diseases. Secondary objective: To evaluate the physical and emotional effects of increasing chewing gum rehabilitation training in patients with cardiothoracic surgery diseases during the perioperative period.

纳入标准：

1.在实施试验相关流程之前，签署书面知情同意；
2.年龄：18-75周岁，性别不限；
3.接受外科手术，麻醉采用气管插管全身麻醉的患者；
4.无肝、肾、脑等重要脏器疾患；
5.无认知及沟通障碍；
6.有咀嚼能力；

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign written informed consent before implementing the relevant procedures of the experiment;
2. Age: 18-75 years old, no gender limit;
3. Patients undergoing surgery and general anesthesia with tracheal intubation for anesthesia;
4. No liver, kidney, brain and other important organ diseases;
5. No cognitive and communication barriers;
6. Have the ability to chew;

排除标准：

1.急症手术；
2.有心胸部手术史，合并其他严重躯体疾病；
3.有义齿，有口腔疾病，有误吸风险者；
4.曾对口香糖过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery;
2. A history of cardiothoracic surgery, combined with other serious physical diseases;
3. Those who have dentures, oral diseases, or risk of aspiration;
4. Those who have been allergic to chewing gum;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由1位有经验的医师用听诊器于术后8h开始听诊肠鸣音，此后每4～6h听诊1次，直至肠鸣音恢复。由1位专业护理人员于手术前后指导患者填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SRS)，询问并记录患者术后恶心呕吐、腹部胀痛、口腔溃疡、口干口臭、情况及是否能耐受术后咀嚼口香糖，监测体温及病情变化（如出现疑似肺部感染及时通知医师并记录确诊者），指导患者于手术后1 h、6 h、24 h填写视觉模拟量表评估咽痛情况。所有患者及陪护家属均被要求自行准确记录首次排气和首次排便的具体时间以及喉咙疼痛评分。为保证结果的准确性，告知所有参与本次研究的患者一旦肛门排气排便应立即通知医师或护士记录时间并停止继续咀嚼口香糖。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

An experienced physician used a stethoscope to auscultate the bowel sounds at 8 hours after the operation, and then every 4-6 hours until the bowel sounds recovered. A professional nursing staff instructed patients to fill in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SRS) before and after the operation, and asked and recorded the postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, oral ulcers, dry mouth, bad breath, Conditions and whether they can tolerate chewing gum after surgery, monitor body temperature and changes in condition (if there is a suspected lung infection, notify the physician in time and record the confirmed diagnosis), and instruct the patient to fill in the visual analog scale 1 h, 6 h, and 24 h after the operation Assess sore throat. All patients and their accompanying family members were required to accurately record the specific time of the first exhaust and first bowel movement and the throat pain score by themselves. In order to ensure the accuracy of the results, all patients participating in this study should be informed that they should immediately notify the physician or nurse to record the time and stop chewing gum once the anus has exhausted defecation.
