研究目的：

本研究计划对不同睡眠习惯患者糖尿病确诊时间及胰岛功能状态、并发症发生情况开展相关调查。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was conducted to investigate the diagnostic time, islet function status and complications of diabetic patients with different sleep habits.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2型糖尿病患者；睡眠规律的患者；接受睡眠调查的患者；精神正常，生活可自理。

Inclusion criteria

Type 2 diabetes mellitus; Patients with regular sleep; Patients undergoing sleep survey; He is mentally normal and can take care of himself.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）1型及其他特殊类型糖尿病，妊娠糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠；（2）合并有脑梗塞或严重精神疾病、意识不清；（3）合并活动性肺结核等传染性疾病的患者；（4）有严重心肺功能及肝肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) type 1 and other special types of diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus or diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy; (2) Complicated with cerebral infarction or serious mental disease and unclear consciousness; (3) Patients with infectious diseases such as active pulmonary tuberculosis; (4) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney dysfunction.
