研究目的：

主要目的：在临床层面证明脱细胞真皮基质全覆膜金属支架可以预防大于1/2环周的食管早癌ESD术后食管狭窄的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: It is clinically proved that acellular dermal matrix covered metal stent can prevent the occurrence of esophageal stricture after ESD for early esophageal cancer with a circumference of more than 1 / 2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18周岁；
2.诊断食管早癌，且病变大于食管管腔1/2周，具有经内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）适应症，且同意行内镜下治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Older than 18 years old;
2. Patients with early esophageal cancer diagnosed and lesion larger than 1 / 2 week of esophageal lumen have indications for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and agree to endoscopic treatment.

排除标准：

1.患者怀孕；
2.患者患有严重的心肺疾病；
3.患者长期服用抗凝药且无法停止；
4.其他不适合做环周ESD及支架置入术的相关情况的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is pregnant;
2. The patient has serious cardiopulmonary disease;
3. The patient took anticoagulants for a long time and could not stop;
4. Other patients who are not suitable for ESD and stent implantation.
