研究目的：

（1）探讨自我检测策略是否对广西MSM群体HIV检测频率有促进作用以及HIV/梅毒自我检测是否对于MSM群体HIV检测频率促进作用更明显； （2）分析MSM的性行为特征，探讨自我检测组（HIV自我检测和HIV/梅毒自我检测）与现场检测组对于危险性行为改变的差异； （3）分析自我检测组（HIV自我检测和HIV/梅毒自我检测）和现场检测组社会网络成员检测情况，探讨自我检测组与现场检测组MSM中HIV检测覆盖率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore whether the self-test strategy promotes the frequency of HIV testing in the MSM population in Guangxi and whether the HIV/syphilis self-test has a more obvious role in promoting the frequency of HIV testing among MSM; (2) Analyze the sexual behavior characteristics of MSM, and explore the differences in risky sexual behavior changes between the self-testing group (HIV self-testing and HIV/syphilis self-testing) and the site-based testing group; (3) Analyze the self-testing group (HIV self-testing and HIV/syphilis self-testing) and the social network members of the site-based testing group, and explore the coverage of HIV testing in the MSM of the self-testing group and the site-based testing group.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Ⅰ.生理男性；Ⅱ.既往与男性发生过性行为；Ⅲ.年龄≥18岁；Ⅳ.HIV快速检测抗体阴性、梅毒快速检测抗体阴性或自我报告两者为阴性；Ⅴ.提供知情同意者；Ⅵ.愿意参与为期一年的随访调查；Ⅶ.愿意使用自我检测试剂进行检测并反馈结果；Ⅷ.居住超过6个月并且未来12个月待在广西。

Inclusion criteria

Individuals will be eligible if they :(1)are born biologically male;(2)ever had anal sex with a man; (3)aged 18 years or older; (4)HIV and syphilis seronegative by rapid screening testing or self-report; (5)are willing to provide personal information; (6) are willing to participate in a one-year follow-up survey; (7)willing to use the self-testing kits for testing and feedback the results; (8)live in Guangxi, China and do not leave Guangxi in the next 12 months.

排除标准：

Ⅰ.有明显的心理、精神疾病或智力障碍，不能完成调查者。

The participants will be excluded if they have obvious mental illness or intellectual disability.
