DKK1在前列腺癌中的表达及对前列腺癌的进展的影响  

Objectives of Study：

探讨DKK1表达对前列腺癌侵袭转移的作用机制，为前列腺癌诊断和治疗提供理论依据

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、患者年龄25-90岁。
2、近期使未用过可能影响PSA的药物（如他汀类、噻嗪类及其他利尿剂、NSAIDS、雄激素及其衍生物、5-α还原酶抑制剂）。
3、近期无前列腺炎、尿路感染或有近期前列腺操作史患者（即1周内进行直肠检查，1个月内进行前列腺活检、手术或膀胱镜检查）。
4、前列腺癌已接受化疗、手术治疗、靶向治疗或无合并其他肿瘤者。
5、无其他代谢性骨骼疾病的病史，如骨佩吉特病或原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症

Inclusion criteria

1Patients are 25-90 years old.
2. Recently used drugs that may affect PSA (such as statins, thiazides and other diuretics, NSAIDS, androgens and their derivatives, 5-α reductase inhibitors).
3. Patients with no recent prostatitis, urinary tract infection or recent history of prostate operation (i.e. rectal examination within 1 week, prostate biopsy, surgery or cystoscopy within 1 month).
4. Prostate cancer has received chemotherapy, surgery, targeted therapy or no other tumors.
5. No history of other metabolic bone diseases, such as Paget's disease of bone or primary hyperparathyroidism.

排除标准：

1、患者年龄不满25岁或超过90岁。
2、近期使用过可能影响PSA的药物（如他汀类、噻嗪类及其他利尿剂、NSAIDS、雄激素及其衍生物、5-α还原酶抑制剂）。
3、近期患前列腺炎、尿路感染或有近期前列腺操作史患者（即1周内进行直肠检查，1个月内进行前列腺活检、手术或膀胱镜检查）。
4、有其他代谢性骨骼疾病的病史，如骨佩吉特病或原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The age of the patient is less than 25 years old or over 90 years old.
2. Recently used drugs that may affect PSA (such as statins, thiazides and other diuretics, NSAIDS, androgens and their derivatives, 5-α reductase inhibitors).
