研究目的：

主要目的：使灌注液能够顺利进入和排出在输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石过程中，减少肾盂内压力以及激光热损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: In the process of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, the perfusion fluid can be successfully entered and discharged, and the intrarenal pelvis pressure and laser thermal damage can be reduced.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.门诊诊断输尿管结石大于2cm；
2.同意行输尿管碎石手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Outpatient diagnosis of ureteral calculi greater than 2cm;
2. Patients who agree to undergo ureteral lithotripsy.

排除标准：

1.患者存在麻醉禁忌；
2.存在出血禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has contraindications to anesthesia;
2. There is a bleeding contraindication.
