观察新型镜像治疗设备能否改善脑损伤患者注意力和记忆力  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of the newly designed mirror device on the attention and memory performance of patients with brain injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）脑卒中或脑外伤诊断明确且为首次发病，CT或MRI影像证实；
2) 年龄30-80岁
3）偏瘫，上肢功能Brunnstrom分级1-4期；
4）意识清楚，能配合治疗，MMSE≥24分；
5）视觉正常，无视野缺损；
6）患者及家属知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients in this study will be as follows:
(1) A first onset stroke or traumatic brain injury diagnosis with CT or MRI confirmation
(2) Age: 30-80 years old
(3) Hemiplegia with a 1-4 Brunnstrom Motor Recovery Scale score
(4) A 24 or higher Mini-Mental State Examination score, with full ability to comprehend the present study
(5) No impaired vision
(6) Informed consent provided by participants and family caregivers

排除标准：

1）既往有脑损伤病史；
2）正在使用可能影响认知功能的药物；
3）生命体征不平稳；
4) 视野缺损；
5）非脑损伤导致的神经、肌肉骨骼异常

Exclusion criteria：

(1)A history of previous brain injury
(2)Intake of medicines potentially influencing cognitive function
(3) Unstable or deteriorating vital signs
(4) Impaired vision or hemineglect
(5) Neurological and/or musculoskeletal issues unrelated to brain injury

盲法：

本研究中的评估人员、研究人员及数据分析人员均不能知晓分组信息，但受试者及治疗的实施者将不可避免地知道他们是否被分在了对照组。MT组和CMT组的受试者将会知道他们不在对照组，但他们无法知晓其使用的何种治疗模块。

Blinding：

While participants and therapy administrators will be aware of whether they are in the control group by necessity, the study assessors, research staff, and analysts will be blinded to these assignments. Patients in the MT and CMT groups will be unaware of which treatment module they are receiving, although they will know they are not in the control group. Study assignments will not be revealed until the completion of the study and all subsequent analyses.
