研究目的：

主要目的：评价体外冲击波治疗(ESWT)联合等速肌力训练(IST)对脑卒中患者下肢小腿三头肌痉挛的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: This study evaluated the clinical effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) combined with isokinetic strength training (IST) on calf triceps spasm in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2018 版中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南中脑出血、脑梗死的诊断标准，经MRI或CT证实[13]；
2.单侧偏瘫；
3.30≤年龄≤80岁；
4.病程≥3个月；
5.痉挛程度：采用改良 Ashworth 痉挛分级评定下肢小腿三头肌肌张力>0 级且≤3级；
6.运动功能水平采用 Brunnstrom 法评定为III ~ V阶段。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, confirmed by MRI or CT [13];
2. Unilateral hemiplegia;
3. Aged 30 to 80 years;
4. Course of disease >= 3 months;
5. The degree of spasticity: the modified Ashworth spasticity classification was used to evaluate the muscle tension of lower extremity calf triceps > 0 and <= 3;
6. The motor function level was assessed as stage III-V by Brunnstrom method.

排除标准：

1.三个月内接受过肉毒毒素注射或两周内接受口服抗痉挛药物治疗；
2.患有严重认知障碍；
3.骨关节疾病患者，如骨折未愈合、类风湿关节炎、骨质疏松等；
4.双侧肢体偏瘫患者及严重心、肝、肾等脏器疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Botulinum toxin injections within three months or oral antispasmodics within two weeks;
2. Severe cognitive impairment;
3. Patients with bone and joint diseases, such as unhealed fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.;
4. Patients with bilateral hemiplegia and those with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases.

由一名治疗师从随机数字表中任意一个数开始，按同一方向给每一位受试者一个随机数字，将随机数除以组数3求余数，按余数0，1，2分为对照组，冲击波组和等速+冲击波组
