研究目的：

主要目的：观察胃尔康片对中重度慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗效果及慢性胃炎相关症状的缓解率和不良反应发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of Weierkang pills on patients with moderate to severe chronic atrophic gastritis and the remission rate of symptoms associated with chronic gastritis and the incidence of adverse reactions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁，性别不限；
2.近三个月内经上消化道内镜和胃粘膜病理组织活检（胃窦部至少1块、胃体部至少1块）诊断为中重度萎缩和/或肠化的患者即OLGA/OLGIM II-IV期的患者（胃窦和胃体至少一个部位中度以上萎缩/化生），包括伴低级别上皮内瘤变者，以及伴高级别上皮内瘤变不愿接受手术治疗者；
3.经13C-UBT确认无H. pylori感染或根除成功者；
4.自愿接受胃尔康片治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years, gender is not limited;
2. Patients diagnosed with moderate to severe atrophy and/or intestinal metaplasia by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy (at least 1 in gastric antrum and 1 in gastric corpus) within the past three months, namely OLGA/OLGIM II - Patients with stage IV (moderate or more atrophy/metaplasia in at least one part of the gastric antrum and corpus), including those with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and those with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia who are reluctant to undergo surgical treatment;
3. No H. pylori infection or successful eradication confirmed by 13C-UBT;
4. Voluntarily accept treatment with Weierkang tablets.

排除标准：

1.既往胃部手术史（含ESD、EMR术后）或患有恶性肿瘤；
2.具有研究药物的禁忌证或对研究药物过敏的患者；
3.妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
4.近1年内有药物滥用史或酒精滥用史；
5.有精神障碍者；
6.不能配合完成治疗方案者；
7.拒绝签署知情同意书；
8.正参加其它临床试验的患者；
9.研究人员认为其他原因不适合进行临床观察性研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of gastric surgery (including ESD, EMR) or malignant tumor;
2. Patients with contraindications to the study drug or allergic to the study drug;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. History of drug abuse or alcohol abuse in the past 1 year;
5. People with mental disorders;
6. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of the treatment plan;
7. Refuse to sign the informed consent;
8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
9. Patients who the researchers believe are not suitable for clinical observational studies for other reasons.
