研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性分析一例颞下颌关节DJD经肌平衡咬合板治疗后髁突顶部骨赘明显吸收的病例资料（随访病历记录、双侧颞下颌关节锥形束CT（Cone beam CT，CBCT）影像资料和诊断报告）以及相关文献，探讨肌平衡咬合板治疗对颞下颌关节DJD髁突骨赘改建的作用。本试验未涉及人体标本或人体实验。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we retrospectively analyzed the case data (follow-up medical records, Cone Beam CT (CBCT) imaging data and diagnostic report of bilateral TMJ) of a patient with obvious absorption of osteophyte at the top of the condyle after Treatment with DJD transmuscular balance occlusal plate and relevant literature). Objective To investigate the effect of muscle balance occlusal plate therapy on osteophyte reconstruction of TEMPORomandibular joint DJD condylar process. No human specimens or human experiments were involved in this study.

纳入标准：

受试者为伴随髁突骨赘的颞下颌关节DJD，且经肌平衡咬合板治疗后颞下颌关节CBCT影像学检查显示髁突顶部骨赘消失。

Inclusion criteria

The subjects were temporomandibular joint DJD with condylar osteophyte, and CBCT imaging examination of temporomandibular joint showed that the osteophyte at the top of condyle disappeared after treatment with muscle balance occlusal plate.

排除标准：

受试者拒绝提供相关病史及影像检查资料，或要求终止试验数据调查分析。

Exclusion criteria：

The subjects refused to provide relevant medical history and imaging examination data, or asked to terminate the investigation and analysis of test data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集与管理：组内成员负责受试者的病历资料及CBCT影像资料的搜集、汇总、储存管理； 2.数据处理分析：数据将交本课题人员进行分析； 3.数据保存：所有本试验相关的研究资料一经产生，将存放在特定的资料夹并统一管理。研究者将按照法律的要求为受试者的信息保密，除非应相关法律要求，受试者的个人信息不会被泄露。必要时，政府管理部门和医院伦理委员会及其有关人员可以按规定查阅受试者的资料。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Data collection and management: members of the group are responsible for the collection, summary, storage and management of subjects' medical records and CBCT image data; 2.Data processing and analysis: the data will be analyzed by the project staff; 3.Data storage: once generated, all research data related to this experiment will be stored in a specific folder and managed uniformly. The researcher will keep the subject's information confidential in accordance with legal requirements. Unless required by relevant laws, the subject's personal information will not be disclosed. When necessary, the government management department, the hospital ethics committee and its relevant personnel can consult the subject's data according to regulations.
