研究目的:

1.了解ASD患儿父母的心理防御风格与应对方式,分析父母心理防御风格与应对方式的相关性及影响因素; 2.探索照顾者技能培训对改善ASD患儿父母的心理防御风格及应对方式的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To understand the psychological defense style and coping style of parents of children with ASD, and analyze the correlation between the parents' psychological defense style and coping style and the influencing factors; 2.To explore the influence of caregiver skills training on improving the psychological defense style and coping style of parents with ASD children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.患儿符合DSM-5孤独症谱系障碍诊断标准;
2.患儿年龄2~5岁;
3.患儿除ASD疾病外,无其他重大的疾病;
4.父母有一定的理解能力,能够理解并回答问卷内容;
5.自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.The child met the dsm-5 criteria for autism spectrum disorder;
2.The children aged 2 to 5 years;
3.The child had no other major diseases except ASD disease;
4.Parents have a certain understanding ability and can understand and answer the questionnaire;
5.Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准:

1.父母不能与研究者进行良好沟通;
2.父母患有严重躯体、脑器质性疾病、认知障碍等。
3.患儿及父母中途退出本研究;
4.父母未严格按照培训计划学习。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Parents were unable to communicate well with the researcher;
2.Parents have serious physical and brain diseases, cognitive disorders, etc.;
3.Children and their parents withdraw from the study;
4.Parents do not follow the training plan strictly.
