研究目的：

本研究就腹腔镜胆总管探查术与传统开腹手术治疗老年胆总管结石患者的临床效果进行对比，为今后老年人胆总管结石患者手术方式提供指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and traditional open surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with common bile duct stones, so as to provide guidance for the future surgical methods of elderly patients with common bile duct stones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥60岁，术前腹部B超、CT或磁共振胰胆管造影（MRCP）检查得到确诊胆总管结石。
2. 肝功能Child-Pugh分级为 A、B级的患者。
3. 伴有不同程度的右上腹绞痛, 同时有一定程度的发热、恶心、呕吐, 以及巩膜有不同程度的黄染。
4. 受试者知情，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged ≥ 60 years B-mode ultrasonography CT or MRCP confirmed choledocholithiasis;
2. Child-Pugh of liver function was A and B;
3. Concomitnat with different degrees of symptoms;
4. agree to participate in the clinical trial.

排除标准：

1.患者有既往史或腹部手术史。
2.有其它严重疾病或状况，包括：严重、未控制的内科疾病、感染或消化系统紊乱；严重的电解质紊乱；活动性播散性血管内凝血；主要器官功能衰竭，如失代偿性心、肺、肝、肾功能衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with past medical history or history of abdominal operation;
2. Concomitnat with other serious diseases such as severe and uncontrollable infectious diseases.
