研究目的：

1.系统性回顾既往药物治疗与手术治疗对食管外表现的胃食管反流病患者的症状缓解率及缓解程度； 2.前瞻性研究分析单纯药物治疗与药物联合手术治疗对食管外表现的胃食管反流病患者的症状缓解率、缓解程度、症状复发率、药物依赖程度（用药剂量及用药时间）； 3.为食管外表现的胃食管反流病治疗标准指定提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.A systematic review of the symptom remission rate and degree of remission in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease manifested outside the esophagus by previous drug treatments and surgical treatments. 2.A prospective study to analyze the symptom remission rate, remission degree, symptom recurrence rate, and drug dependence (dose and time of medication) in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease manifesting outside the esophagus by medication alone and combined surgical treatment. 3.Provide a basis for the designation of treatment standards for gastroesophageal reflux disease that manifests outside the esophagus.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于研究中心（心胸外科、消化内科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、呼吸科等）就诊，经系统检查评定，确诊胃食管反流病（GERD）的患者；
2.胸部及上腹部增强CT、上消化道造影、胃镜、食道测压监测未见明确食管裂孔疝；
3.于 2021 年8月至2022年7月于研究中心胸外科接受治疗；
4.受试者自愿加入本研究，同意采集相关信息包括血液学检测信息，签署知情同意书（未满 18 周岁的患者由其法定代理人签署）。

Inclusion criteria

1.At the research center (cardiothoracic surgery, gastroenterology, otolaryngology, stomatology, respiratory department, etc.), patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are diagnosed after systemic examination and evaluation;
2.The chest and upper abdomen with enhanced CT, upper gastrointestinal angiography, gastroscopy, and esophageal pressure monitoring did not show clear esophageal hiatus hernia;
3.Receive treatment at the Thoracic Surgery Research Center from August 2021 to July 2022;
4.Subjects voluntarily join the study, agree to collect relevant information including hematology test information, and sign an informed consent form (patients under the age of 18 are signed by their legal representatives).

排除标准：

1.伴有严重基础疾病，如肝肾功能衰竭、心力衰竭等；
2.合并消化道恶性肿瘤的患者；
3.患精神疾病影响预后评估；
4.根据研究者的判断，有其他严重的危害患者安全或影响患者完成研究的伴随疾病的患者；
5.研究者评定预计依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Accompanied by serious underlying diseases, such as liver and kidney failure, heart failure, etc.;
2.Patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract;
3.Mental illness affects prognosis assessment;
4.According to the judgment of the investigator, there are other concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the patient or affect the completion of the study by the patient;
5.The researcher assesses those who are expected to have poor compliance.
