研究目的：

通过建立大样本急性冠脉综合征患者队列，利用机器学习的新技术，探讨各项临床指标与冠心病患者预后的相关性，评估并建立冠心病院内事件及远期风险模型。评估各项临床指标对急性冠脉综合征患者危险分层的作用，以及临床应用和产品开发的前景。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the establishment of a large sample of acute coronary syndrome patient cohorts and the use of new machine learning technology to explore the correlation between various clinical indicators and the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease, assess and establish coronary heart disease hospital events and long-term risk models. To evaluate the effect of various clinical indicators on the risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome patients, as well as the prospects of clinical application and product development.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.依托四川大学华西医院病例系统，连续纳入19000例于2011年至2020年在华西医院心内科进行过冠脉造影或PCI 的急性冠脉综合征住院患者；
2.急性冠脉综合征诊断标准，满足下列(1)(2)条，可伴有(3)条：
(1)加重的心绞痛；
(2)并且冠脉造影显示主要冠状动脉存在至少存在一支主要血管（左主干、前降支、回旋之或右冠状动脉）主干狭窄程度>=50%；
(3)伴有或不伴有心电图缺血改变或心肌酶学升高。

Inclusion criteria

1.Relying on the case system of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, 19,000 patients with the acute coronary syndrome who underwent coronary angiography or PCI in the Department of Cardiology of West China Hospital from 2011 to 2020 were continuously enrolled;
2.The diagnostic criteria for acute coronary syndromes meet the following (1)(2), which may be accompanied by (3):
(1)Aggravated angina pectoris;
(2)And coronary angiography showed that the main coronary artery has at least one main vessel (left main artery, anterior descending artery, circumflex or right coronary artery), and the degree of main coronary artery stenosis is >=50%;
(3)With or without electrocardiogram ischemic change or elevated myocardial enzymes.

排除标准：

通过病史、体检和辅助检查排除严重的肝、肾功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude severe liver and kidney dysfunction through medical history, physical examination, and auxiliary examinations.
