研究目的：

1.旨在无创定量评估老年糖尿病患者心脏微血管功能状态，使用心脏磁共振负荷T1 mapping序列，评估不同糖尿病病程（糖尿病患病时间）、是否存在并发症，不同血糖状态患者的心脏微血管功能。 2.旨在使用心脏磁共振负荷T1 mapping序列定量评估使用新型降糖药物控制血糖的老年病糖尿病患者心脏微血管功能的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To non-invasively and quantitatively evaluate the cardiac microvascular function status of elderly diabetic patients, using cardiac magnetic resonance stress T1 mapping sequence, to evaluate the cardiac microvascular function of patients with different durations of diabetes (diabetes disease duration), whether there are complications, and different blood glucose status. 2. To quantitatively evaluate the improvement of cardiac microvascular function in elderly patients with diabetes who use novel hypoglycemic drugs to control blood sugar using cardiac magnetic resonance stress T1 mapping sequence.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合世界卫生组织的糖尿病诊断标准的病人；
2.年龄≥60岁患者，男女性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the World Health Organization's diagnostic criteria for diabetes;
2. Patients aged >= 60 years, no gender limit.

排除标准：

1. 冠状动脉造影或冠脉CTA有一根主要冠状动脉分支狭窄大于或等于50%；
2. 陈旧性心肌梗死；
3. 肾小球滤过率（Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, eGFR）＜30ml/min / 1.73m^2；
4. 心肌病；
5. 重度心脏瓣膜病；
6. 幽闭恐惧症或体内植入金属无法完成心脏磁共振检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coronary angiography or coronary CTA with a major coronary branch stenosis greater than or equal to 50%;
2. Old myocardial infarction;
3. Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) <30ml/min / 1.73m^2;
4. Cardiomyopathy;
5. Severe heart valve disease;
6. The claustrophobia or implanted metal in the body cannot complete the cardiac MRI.
