研究目的：

1.明确孕晚期孕妇妊娠压力的现状及其影响因素； 2.构建基于“互联网+”的集中群组孕期保健模式； 3.明确基于“互联网+”的集中群组孕期保健模式对孕妇妊娠压力及分娩结局的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To clarify the status quo and influencing factors of pregnancy stress in the third trimester of pregnancy; 2.Build a centralized group pregnancy care model based on "Internet +"; 3.To clarify the intervention effect of "Internet +" based centralized group pregnancy care mode on pregnant women's pregnancy stress and delivery outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.孕周>=28周的孕妇、单胎头位；
2.B超检查无异常；
3.无精神和智力障碍，有一定的理解和语言表达能力，能独立完成问卷填写者；
4.孕妇及其家属知情同意且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pregnant women with gestational age >= 28 weeks and singleton head position;
2.There is no abnormality in B-ultrasound examination;
3.Patients have no mental and intellectual disabilities, have certain understanding and language expression ability, and can complete the questionnaire independently;
4.Pregnant women and their families informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.先兆早产、胎膜早破、宫颈机能不全或子宫颈环扎术后等异常产科情况者；
2.子痫前期或妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠合并心脏病等严重内科疾病及妊娠并发症者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Abnormal obstetric conditions such as threatened preterm birth, premature rupture of membranes, cervical insufficiency or after cervical cerclage;
2.Preeclampsia or hypertension during pregnancy, serious medical diseases such as heart disease during pregnancy and pregnancy complications.
