To describe and evaluate a stepwise scanning technique to systematically identify the individual elements of the Brachial Plexus above the clavicle using high definition ultrasound.  

Objectives of Study：

To describe and evaluate a stepwise scanning technique to systematically identify the individual elements of the Brachial Plexus above the clavicle using high definition ultrasound.

To describe and evaluate a stepwise scanning technique to systematically identify the individual elements of the Brachial Plexus above the clavicle using high definition ultrasound so as to enhance the success of brachial plexus block and may reduce complications related to the procedure.

To describe and evaluate a stepwise scanning technique to systematically identify the individual elements of the Brachial Plexus above the clavicle using high definition ultrasound so as to enhance the success of brachial plexus block and may reduce complications related to the procedure. 

纳入标准：

adult volunteers aged 18 years or above

BMI > 30, short neck, neck deformity and previous surgery on the neck
