研究目的：

主要目的： 1.探索孕期主动提供短视频科普及通过微信群科普和答疑的患者教育模式是否能够改善妊娠期糖尿病人群的妊娠结局； 2.研究孕期主动提供短视频科普及通过微信群科普和答疑的患者教育模式是否能够改善母体孕期睡眠情况及缓解母体压力、焦虑及抑郁。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Explore whether the active provision of short video science popularization during pregnancy and the patient education mode through WeChat group popularization and answering questions can improve the pregnancy outcomes of people with gestational diabetes mellitus; 2. To study whether the active provision of short video science popularization during pregnancy and the patient education mode through WeChat group popularization and answering questions can improve maternal sleep during pregnancy and relieve maternal stress, anxiety and depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 有意愿接受基于互联网的患者教育模式的已确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者，且能够完整学习短视频及微信群科普内容；
2. 规律产检；
3. 妊娠资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with established gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) who are willing to accept internet-based patient education models and who are able to learn from short video and wechat talk-room answering during pregnancy in its entirety;
2. Regular pregnancy tests;
3. Complete pregnancy data.

排除标准：

1. 不良孕产史；
2. 有高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病合并症 ；
3. 妊娠资料缺失；
4. 胎儿染色体或结构异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Adverse pregnancy history;
2. Have comorbidities of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus;
3. Pregnancy data were missing;
4. Chromosomal or structural abnormalities in the fetus.
