研究目的：

主要目的：本研究拟联合应用心脏超声及肺部超声，筛选预测左心衰竭患者短期不良结局的无创影像学参数，构建HF短期不良结局的风险预测系统，并通过临床研究进一步明确其有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to assess the short-term prognostic value of B-lines after discharge from HF hospitalisation combined with other echocardiography indices of haemodynamic congestion.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁；
2.确诊为左心衰竭的住院患者（诊断符合欧洲心脏病学会标准）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years;
2. HF diagnosis, fulfilling the European Society of Cardiology criteria.

排除标准：

1.肺炎、间质性肺疾病、肺纤维化等影响肺超声评估的疾病；
2.无法配合随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pneumonia,Interstitial pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis or other severe diseases hampering LUS image acquisition;
2. Features that would impact on follow-up.
