研究目的：

探讨驱动压导向最佳PEEP对3月-12月龄婴幼儿腹腔镜下巨结肠根治术肺保护的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of optimal PEEP based on driving pressure-guided on lung protection in 3-12months infant under laparoscope radical operation on megacolon disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄3-12月；2）择期腹腔镜巨结肠手术 ；3）预计手术时间≥2 小时 ；4）ASA II- III 级患儿 ；5）家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Aged 3-12months; 2)Will undergo laparoscopic megacolon surgery; 3)Operation time ≥ 2 hours; 4)ASA classification Ⅱ-Ⅲ; 5）Written inform consent of family members

排除标准：

1）任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本试验；2）本次住院期间再次腹腔镜手术患者；3）术前机械通气患者；4）术前 3 月内急性肺损伤或急性呼吸窘迫综合征病史；5）严重肝肾功能异常、肺功能异常、颅内高压患者；6）已参加其他临床实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Cannot cooperate for any reason or not suitable for investigator; 2)Re-laparoscopic surgery during hospitalization; 3)Patient who has done preoperative mechanical ventilation; 4)Acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome history within 3 months before operation; 5)Severe hepatic and kidney insufficiency; 6) Other clinical trials participation.
