研究目的：

使用皮肤镜对比糖尿病患者及健康受试者的甲皱襞毛细血管特征，观察糖尿病患者血糖控制不佳、合并急慢性并发症时甲皱襞毛细血管特点，及常规治疗后甲皱襞毛细血管的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Dermoscopy was used to compare the characteristics of nail fold capillaries in diabetic patients and healthy subjects, to observe the characteristics of nail fold capillaries in diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control, acute and chronic complications, and the changes of nail fold capillaries after conventional treatment.

纳入标准：

确诊1型或2型的糖尿病患者，愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.各种非糖尿病引起的血管性疾病；
2.有心功能不全、呼吸衰竭、肝肾功能严重受损等其他系统的严重全身性疾病的患者；
3.近4周内有全身性感染；
4.近3月内有使用全身性糖皮质激素治疗的患者；
5.有酒精或药物依赖史；
6.有妊娠或计划妊娠；
7.有指甲或局部皮肤疾病影响皮肤镜检测。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Various non-diabetic vascular diseases;
2. Patients with serious systemic diseases of other systems, such as cardiac insufficiency, respiratory failure, severe impairment of liver and kidney function, etc.;
3. Systemic infection within the past 4 weeks;
4. Patients who have been treated with systemic glucocorticoids in the past 3 months;
5. Have a history of alcohol or drug dependence;
6. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
7. Nail or local skin disease affects dermoscopic detection.
