研究目的：

使用皮肤镜对比糖尿病患者及健康受试者的甲皱襞毛细血管特征，观察糖尿病患者血糖控制不佳、合并急慢性并发症时甲皱襞毛细血管特点，及常规治疗后甲皱襞毛细血管的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Use dermoscopy to compare the nailfold capillary characteristics of diabetic patients and healthy subjects, observe the nailfold capillary characteristics of diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control and acute and chronic complications, and the changes of nailfold capillaries after conventional treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

确诊1型或2型的糖尿病患者，愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes are willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除各种非糖尿病引起的血管性疾病；有心功能不全、呼吸衰竭、肝肾功能严重受损等其他系统的严重全身性疾病的患者；近4周内有全身性感染；近3月内有使用全身性糖皮质激素治疗的患者；有酒精或药物依赖史；有妊娠或计划妊娠；有指甲或局部皮肤疾病影响皮肤镜检测。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:Patients with non-diabetic vascular diseases; Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiac insufficiency, respiratory failure, severely impaired liver and kidney function, etc.; People suffered systemic infections in the past 4 weeks; Patients who have been treated with systemic glucocorticoids in the past 3 months;People have a history of alcohol or drug dependence;People have pregnancy or planned pregnancy; People who have nails or local skin diseases that affect dermatoscope detection.
