研究目的：

本研究的目标是通过招募志愿者作为研究对象，获取其华为穿戴设备（手环手表）数据（包括血氧、体温、心率、呼吸率、运动、睡眠等）、手机声音数据（咳嗽音、呼吸音、肺音等）和院内诊断数据。根据上述数据建立呼吸系统疾病筛查的方法，并将该初筛算法结果与院内诊断数据进行对比分析，验证通过基于华为穿戴设备和或手机进行呼吸系统疾病初筛诊断和随访管理的准确性和可用性。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal of this study is to recruit volunteers as the research object, and obtain Huawei wearable device data (including blood oxygen, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, exercise, sleep, etc.), mobile phone voice data (cough sound, breathing sound, lung sound, etc.) and hospital diagnosis data. According to the above data, the method of respiratory disease screening was established, and the results of the preliminary screening algorithm were compared with the hospital diagnosis data to verify the accuracy and availability of the preliminary screening diagnosis and follow-up management of respiratory diseases based on Huawei wearable devices and or mobile phones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄≥18周岁；
②同意参加本试验并签署经伦理委员会批准的知情同意书；
③满足4.2中的年龄分布；
④疾病组的患者：肺功能检查指标正常或慢性呼吸道疾病患者满足以下a，b，c三条中任意一条
FEV1≤50%（哮喘患者需舒张试验后测定）；
FVC或VC≤60%
DLCO-SB≤80%
⑤诊断以上慢性呼吸道疾病（包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病，哮喘，间质性肺疾病，支气管扩张，肺切除术后等）的患者。
⑥肺炎患者

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient's age was more than 18 years old;
2. Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent approved by the Ethics Committee;
3. The lung function test index meets any of the following three items a, b, c
a FEV1 <= 50% (asthma patients need to be measured after diastolic test);
b FVC or VC <= 60%
c DLCO-SB <= 80%
5. Diagnosis of chronic respiratory diseases (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, after pneumonectomy, etc.).
6. Pneumonia diagnosis.

排除标准：

①皮肤佩戴部位损伤或佩戴会引起过敏者；
②难以配合长时间佩戴穿戴设备者；
③有明确颅脑外伤史、神经系统疾病及严重躯体疾病史患者；
④研究者认为其它不宜参加试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin wearing parts damage or wearing will cause allergy;
2. It is difficult to cooperate with the wearer for a long time;
3. Patients with a clear history of craniocerebral trauma, nervous system diseases and severe somatic diseases;
4. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable to participate in the experiment.
