主要目的：建议免疫治疗相关严重皮肤不良反应规范化、个体化诊疗体系，降低急性期死亡率和致残率； 次要目的：探索与发病和预后相关的危险因素及生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: to establish a standardized and individualized diagnosis and treatment system for immune-related severe cutaneous adverse reactions in order to reduce the mortality and disability. Secondary Objective: to explore the risk factors and biomarkers associated with morbidity and prognosis.

纳入标准：

符合以下所有条件的患者将纳入本研究：年龄≥18岁的表皮坏死松解症患者；自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who met all the following criteria will be included in this study: aged ≥ 18 years; clinically diagnosed epidermal necrolysis; provided with informed consent.

排除标准：

感染诱发的EN患者不能纳入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with infection-related epidermal necrolysis will be excluded.
