研究目的：

本研究综合临床风险因素、外周免疫-炎症因子、多模态影像学数据等研究，探讨伴/不伴NSSI青少年抑郁患者的外周免疫-炎症通路和脑神经网络的变化特征及其交互作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study integrated clinical risk factors, peripheral immune-inflammatory factors, and multimodal imaging data to explore the characteristics and interaction of peripheral immune-inflammatory pathways and brain neural networks in adolescent depression patients with or without NSSI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）抑郁发作诊断标准；
2.年龄12岁~20岁；
3.右利手，智能正常；
4.伴NSSI组，符合DSM-5NSSI-D诊断标准A，不伴NSSI组在目前和既往均未有NSSI行为。

Inclusion criteria

1.Comply with the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition)" (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes;
2.Aged 12 to 20 years;
3.Right-handed, normal intelligence;
4.Companion of the NSSI group meets the DSM-5NSSI-D diagnostic criteria A, and the group without NSSI has no NSSI behavior at present or in the past.

排除标准：

1.有重大躯体疾病；
2.有严重的精神障碍无法配合；
3.有严重的自杀行为或观念。
4.磁共振扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With serious body disease;
2.Has a serious mental disorder and is unable to cooperate;
3.Serious suicidal behaviors or beliefs;
4.Contraindications of MRI scanning.
