研究目的：

探讨新配方西甲基硅油在上消化道内镜术前准备中的最佳使用方案  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the best usage specification of reformulated simethicone emulsion as premedication during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy examination

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁，男女均可；2.拟行普通胃镜检查者；3.符合伦理要求，患者自愿受试，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 18 to 75 years old;
2. patients who were arranged to undergo gastroendoscopy;
3. met ethical requirements and signed informed consent statement

排除标准：

1.上消化道狭窄、吞咽困难者；2.西甲硅油过敏史患者；3.怀孕者；4.上消化道手术史；5.一个月内参加过其他临床研究的患者；6.研究医师认为有任何不适合入选的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. has upper gastrointestinal tract stricture and dysphagia;
2. has known allergy to the premedication;
3. is pregnant or breastfeeding;
4. has a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery;
5. has participated in other clinical studies within one month 6. has contraindication for gastroendoscopy.
