研究目的：

1.观察儿童配戴多点微透镜离焦镜片较普通单光镜片在减缓近视进展上的有效性及安全性； 2.观察不同设计的多点微透镜离焦镜片对于近视控制效果的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the effectiveness and safety of children wearing multi-point microlens defocus lenses in slowing down the progression of myopia compared with ordinary single vision lenses; 2. Observe the difference in the control effect of multi-point micro-lens defocus lenses with different designs on myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6-13周岁的儿童；
2.双眼睫状肌麻痹下电脑验光等效球镜度在—0.75- -5.00D之间；
3.散光≤-1.50D；
4.双眼矫正视力均≥1.0。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 6-13 years;
2. The spherical equivalent power of computer optometry under binocular cycloplegia is between -0.75- -5.00D;
3. Astigmatism<=-1.50D;
4. The corrected visual acuity of both eyes is >=1.0.

排除标准：

1.眼部手术、外伤及其他系统性疾病、有影响屈光发育的神经发育性及全身系统性疾病史、斜视及弱视患者；
2.入组前3个月参加过药物临床试验或参加过任何近视控制临床研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with eye surgery, trauma and other systemic diseases, history of neurodevelopmental and systemic diseases affecting refractive development, strabismus and amblyopia;
2. Those who have participated in drug clinical trials or any myopia control clinical research trials 3 months before enrollment.
