研究目的：

观察儿童配戴多点微透镜离焦镜片较普通单光镜片在减缓近视进展上的有效性及安全性； 观察不同设计的多点微透镜离焦镜片对于近视控制效果的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To investugate the effectiveness and safety of spectacle lenses with slightly lenslets on myopia control. To investugate the difference in the effect of different designs of spectacle lenses with slightly lenslets on myopia control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6-13周岁的儿童;
2.双眼睫状肌麻痹下电脑验光等效球镜度在—0.75~-5.00D之间;
3.散光≤-1.50D;
4.双眼矫正视力均≥1.0。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 6 to 13 years.
2. Spherical refractive error of -0.75 to -5.00 D in each eye (spherical equivalent), as measured by Cycloplegic autorefraction.
3. Astigmatism of not more than 1.50 D.
4. Best corrected visual acuity of equal or better than 1.0.

排除标准：

眼部手术、外伤及其他系统性疾病、有影响屈光发育的神经发育性及全身系统性疾病史、斜视及弱视患者、入组前3个月参加过药物临床试验或参加过任何近视控制临床研究试验者

Exclusion criteria：

Presence of ocular surgery, trauma and any ocular disease that would influence refractive development.
Presence of systemic or neurodevelopmental conditions that may influence refractive development.
With strabismus by cover test at near or distance and amblyopia.
Participated in any clinical research trials for myopia control 3 months before recruitment.
