本研究希望了解肾阻力指数联合CCL14对早期预测脓毒症患者持续性肾功能损伤的诊断价值，分析相关的临床因素并建立早期预测脓毒症患者持续性肾损伤的临床模型。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to understand the diagnostic value of renal resistance index combined with ccl14 in early prediction of persistent acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis, analyze relevant clinical factors, and establish a clinical model for early prediction of persistent acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于等于18岁
②脓毒症患者入ICU24小时内发展为急性肾损伤的成年患者

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18

② Adult patients with sepsis who developed acute kidney injury within 24 hours after admission to ICU

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁 2.无尿 3.严重慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)(定义为肾小球滤过率<30ml/min/1.73m2) 4.梗阻性AKI 5.怀孕 6.心脏循环骤停，7.预期寿命<24h 8.Child C级肝硬化 9.当前住院期间曾有AKI以及肾移植。10.肾脏超声图像不清晰

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 18 years old 2. Anuria 3. Severe chronic kidney disease (CKD) (defined as glomerular filtration rate < 30ml / min / 1.73m2) 4. Obstructive AKI 5. Pregnancy 6. Cardiac arrest 7. Life expectancy < 24h 8. Child grade C cirrhosis 9. AKI and renal transplantation during current hospitalization. 10. The ultrasound image of kidney is not clear
