研究目的：

（1）采用随机对照研究方法，评价芳香疗法对改善造血干细胞移植患者隔离期间症状管理有效性及可行性。 （2）发挥芳香疗法的作用，为管理造血干细胞隔离期间症状管理提供新思路，将研究结果应用于临床并进行推广。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）A randomized controlled study method was used to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of aromatherapy in improving the symptom management of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during isolation. （2）Give full play to the role of aromatherapy, provide new ideas for the management of symptoms during hematopoietic stem cell isolation, apply the research results to the clinic and promote them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①行异基因造血干细胞移植的恶性血液病患者
②年龄大于18岁，性别不限
③会填写问卷调查
④自愿参加本实验

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with hematological malignancies undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
②Patients who are older than 18 years old and have no gender limitation
③Patients who will fill out the questionnaire
④Patients who volunteered to participate in this experiment

排除标准：

①对薰衣草精油过敏者
②预计生存时间小于一个月
③预处理前有焦虑史、抑郁史
④有其他雌激素依赖性肿瘤患者

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients who are allergic to lavender essential oil
②Patients whose estimated survival time is less than one month
③Patients with a history of anxiety or depression before pretreatment
④Patients with other estrogen-dependent tumors
