研究目的：

基于现况调查研究和文献回顾，制定颈椎病居家康复方案，验证颈椎病居家康复方案的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the current situation investigation and literature review, formulate the home rehabilitation plan for cervical spondylosis, and verify the clinical efficacy of home rehabilitation program for cervical spondylosis.

纳入标准：

问卷调查组：
1. 具有颈椎病相应的临床表现；
2. 影像学检查显示颈椎间盘或椎间关节有退行性改变；
3. 有相应的影像学依据，即临床表现与影像学异常相符合；仅有影像学所示颈椎退行性改变而无颈椎病临床症状者，不诊断为颈椎病；
4. 年龄18-75岁；
5. 自愿参加本研究并签知情同意书。

干预组：
1. 2022年1月-2022年9月于康复医学科首次进行康复治疗的颈椎病患者；
2. 符合颈型/神经根型的颈椎病的诊断标准；
3. 年龄18-75岁；
4. 自愿参加本研究并签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Questionnaire group:
1. Have corresponding clinical manifestations of cervical spondylosis;
2. Imaging examination showed degenerative changes of cervical intervertebral disc or intervertebral joint;
3. There is corresponding imaging basis, that is, the clinical manifestations are consistent with imaging abnormalities; cervical spondylosis is not diagnosed if there are only degenerative changes of cervical spine shown by imaging without clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis;
4. Aged 18-75 years;
5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Intervention group:
1. Patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent rehabilitation therapy for the first time in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine from January 2022 to September 2022;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of cervical type/radiculopathy;
3. Aged 18-75 years;
4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 颈椎骨折、结核、肿瘤或有其他神经骨骼肌肉的器质性疾病并对颈椎功能有影响的；
2. 依从性差、不能执行居家康复方案的、不配合康复评估者；
3. 正在参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cervical fracture, tuberculosis, tumor or other organic diseases of neuroskeletal muscle, which are harmful to the neck affecting vertebral function;
2. Those with poor compliance, unable to implement home-based rehabilitation program and failing to cooperate with rehabilitation evaluation;
3. Participating in other intervention studies.
