主要目的：比较每日1次与每日2次外用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗儿童严重生理性包茎的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To compare the efficacy of 0.1% mometasone furoate once and twice a day in the treatment of severe phimosis in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

参照Kikiros分类方法将包茎分为5级：5级为包皮完全不能上翻；
4级为包皮稍微回缩，阴茎头和尿道外口不可见；
4-5级定义为严重生理性包茎。

Inclusion criteria

According to kikiros classification method, phimosis is divided into 5 grades: Grade 5 is that the foreskin can not turn up at all; Grade 4 is a slight retraction of the prepuce, and the penis head and the external orifice of the urethra are not visible; Grade 4-5 is defined as severe physiological phimosis.

排除标准：

继发性或病理性包茎，未完成用药疗程及随访者，近期局部或全身使用糖皮质激素者等。

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary or pathological phimosis, incomplete medication course and follow-up, recent local or systemic use of glucocorticoids, etc.
