Can cognitive behavioral therapy improve the postoperative efficacy of joint surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

听懂中文，表达流利；保守治疗无效，计划行人工关节置换术或关节镜手术治疗；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Understand Chinese and express fluently; Conservative treatment was ineffective, and artificial joint replacement or arthroscopic surgery was planned; Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

患有神经系统疾病，如阿尔茨海默氏症、精神分裂症、自闭症和抑郁症；患有引起疼痛的疾病，如神经炎和疱疹；关节系统其他疾病(既往手术史、感染史、软组织损伤史)；伴有严重脊柱、神经系统损伤影响关节功能；阿片类药物和酒精成瘾；肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, autism and depression; Suffering from pain causing diseases such as neuritis and herpes; Other diseases of joint system (previous operation history, infection history, soft tissue injury history); Accompanied by severe spinal and nervous system injury, affecting joint function; Opioid and alcohol addiction; Liver and kidney dysfunction.
