研究目的：

我国为近视大国，近视发病率居高不下且逐年攀升。成为政府学校和家长关注的重要社会问题，2018年6月国家卫生健康委通报，我国儿童青少年近视率为53.6%，已居世界第一。6岁儿童小学，初中高中近视比例分别为14.5%， 36.0%，71.8%。而对于大学生及近视患病率，没有统一的调查数据。有文献研究表明，到2050年世界有一半的人口为近视，有10%的人口为高度近视。而我们对于天津医科大学学生的初步调查显示，近视患病率高达90%以上，高度近视患病率达20%以上。远远超过了人群的平均值。 近视度数超过600度以上为高度近视，且伴有其他眼部病变及视网膜脱离的风险，造成不可逆的视觉损伤，已成为成年人致盲的主要原因之一。很多同学并不知道，如果近视不加控制的话，极有可能转变为高度近视，现代社会电脑手机iPad等电子产品广泛使用，加之大学生户外活动时间减少，导致近视率高发，如果不解决高度近视问题，那随之而来的各种眼底病，青光眼，白内障，都可能造成视力急剧下降甚至失明。 天津医科大学眼科医院、眼视光学院为积极响应国家政策，实时监测大学生眼部发育状况，探究影响大学生近视和高度近视发生、发展的相关危险因素，拟决定抽取天津市大学生进行眼部屈光调研工作，分析并追踪大学生屈光分布特征，了解近视危险因素，控制大学生高度近视患病率及并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

China is a large country of myopia, the incidence of myopia remains high and is increasing year by year. As an important social issue of concern to government schools and parents, the National Health Council announced in June 2018 that the nearsightedness rate of children and adolescents in China is 53.6%, ranking first in the world. In primary school for 6-year-olds, the proportion of myopia in junior high school was 14.5%, 36.0% and 71.8%, respectively. There is no uniform survey data on the prevalence of college students and myopia. Literature shows that by 2050 half of the world's population will be myopia, and 10% of the population will be highly myopia. Our preliminary survey of students at Tianjin Medical University shows that the prevalence of myopia is more than 90% and the prevalence of myopia is more than 20%. Far more than the average crowd. Myopia above 600 degrees is highly myopia, accompanied by other eye lesions and the risk of retinal separation, resulting in irreversible visual impairment, has become one of the main causes of blindness in adults. Many students do not know, if myopia is not controlled, it is very likely to turn into a high degree of myopia, modern society computer iPad and other electronic products widely used, coupled with the reduction of outdoor activities of college students, resulting in high incidence of myopia, if not solve the problem of high myopia, then a variety of under-eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, may cause a sharp decline in vision or even blindness. Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital, Eye Vision College in order to respond positively to national policy, real-time monitoring of the development of the eyes of college students, explore the impact of myopia and high myopia, the development of related risk factors, it is proposed to extract Tianjin University students for eye refractive research work, analysis and tracking of the distribution characteristics of refractive light, understand the risk factors of myopia, control the prevalence and complications of high myopia of college students.

排除标准：

无眼部及全身疾病史，无外伤手术史

Exclusion criteria：

no history of eye and systemic diseases, no history of trauma surgery
