研究目的：

比较传统法与两点定位法在超声引导下深静脉穿刺术中的实用性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare ultrasound–guided deep vein puncture through two localization method and the traditional method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 拟行深静脉穿刺术的患者；
2. ASA I～Ⅲ级；
3. BMI 18-25 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing ultrasound-guided deep vein puncture;
2. ASA I or III;
3. BMI 18-25 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1. 凝血功能障碍；
2. 穿刺处皮肤感染或破损；
3. 不能平卧者；
4. 有颈内静脉血栓者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction;
2. Skin infection or damage at puncture site;
3. Can't lie down;
4. With intrajugular thrombosis.
