研究目的：

1.探讨基于家庭参与的探视模式对改善心脏术后谵妄的有效性 2.评估在ICU开展基于家庭参与的探视模式的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effectiveness of visit mode based on family engagement in improving delirium after cardiac surgery 2. To evaluate the safety of visit mode based on family engagement in ICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）心脏外科患者：①年龄18~75周岁；②接受心脏瓣膜手术且术后首次入住ICU；③有直系亲属，可参与ICU探视；④取得患者或家属的知情同意。
（2）患者家属：①年龄≥18周岁；②患者的父母、配偶、兄弟、姐妹或子女，承担照顾患者的主要责任，每天照顾时间最长且照顾时间超过2周；③具备基本的交流沟通、阅读和理解能力。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Cardiac surgery patients: ① aged 18-75 years old; ② undergo heart valve replacement and be admitted to cardiacsurgery ICU for the first time; ③ have immediate relatives who can participate in intensive care unit visits; ④ obtain the informed consent of the patient or family members.
（2）Family members of patients: ① aged ≥18 years old; ② parents, spouses, brothers, sisters or children, who bear the main responsibility of taking care of the patients; ③ have the basic communication, reading and understanding ability.

排除标准：

（1）心脏外科患者：①入院时存在谵妄；②有神经系统疾病、器质性脑损伤或处于深度昏迷的患者；③既往有精神疾病史和痴呆史；④存在严重的视听功能障碍，无法进行沟通者；⑤既往有酗酒史或药物滥用病史；⑥急诊手术患者；⑦参加其他相关研究；⑧因病情需深度镇静患者，RASS评分≤ -3分。
（2）患者家属：有严重的躯体疾病、脑器质性疾病或精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Cardiac surgery patients: ① delirium occurred at admission; ② nervous system disease, organic brain injury, or deep coma; ③ history of mental illness (including confirmed Alzheimer's disease); ④ previous cognitive or verbal communication disorders; ⑤ history of alcoholism or drug abuse; ⑥ emergency surgery patients; ⑦ participation in other related research; ⑧ who need deep sedation, with RASS score ≤ - 3 points.
（2） Family members of patients: with a history of serious physical diseases, brain organic diseases and mental diseases.
