通过纳入西部农村地区多中心的中学生（第七年级新生），调查该地区青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍现状，回顾性（小学期间）探讨影响青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍的影响因素，前瞻性（观察期限1年）观察该地区青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍的影响因素，并构建该疾病预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Select the western rural area multi-center middle school students (seventh grade student)Investigate the current situation of anxiety disorders and depression disorders among teenagers in this areaRetrospectively (during primary school)， explore the influencing factors affecting anxiety disorders and depression disorders in adolescents, and observe the influencing factors of anxiety disorders and depression disorders in adolescents in the region forward-lookingly (1-year observation period),and build a disease prediction model.

纳入标准：

西部农村地区学校正式入学的初一学生；能够独立完成自评问卷调查；自愿参与并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Junior high school students who are officially enrolled in schools in rural areas of western China; able to complete the self-assessment questionnaire independently; Voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

非初一学生；不能够独立完成自评问卷调查者；

Exclusion criteria：

non-seventh grade students; those who cannot complete the self-assessment questionnaire independentlyc
