研究目的：

（1）探索研发构建实用，价格适中，适合推广应用的新型镜像治疗系统 （2）观察镜像治疗能否改善脑损伤患者注意力和记忆力  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To develop a newly designed mirror therapy device which is economical and practical; (2)To study the effects of the newly designed mirror device on the attention and memory performance of the patients with brain injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a）脑外伤或者脑卒中诊断明确且为首次发病，CT或MRI影像证实；
b）偏瘫，上肢功能Brunnstrom分级1-4期；
c）意识清楚，能配合治疗，MMSE≥24分；
d）视觉正常，无视野缺损；e）患者及家属知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. a specific dignosis of first onset brain injury or stroke,confirmed by CT or MRI;
2. hemilegic with a score of 1-4 on the Brunnstrom Motor Recovery Scale;
3. Mini Mental State Examination 24 points or greater; to be able to understand the purpose of the study and will fully participate;
4. no vision impairment;
5. inform consent from patients and their family.

排除标准：

a）既往有脑外伤或者脑卒中病史；
b）正在使用可能影响认知功能的药物；
c）以往接受过镜像治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1. with brain injury or stroke history;
2. taking medicines which could affect cognitive function;
3. with history of mirror therapy.
