研究目的：

主要目的：了解农村地区学龄前儿童营养及健康状况，评估羊奶粉对学龄前儿童营养不良的改善作用，及其对儿童生长发育及认知能力的促进作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To assess the nutritional status of preschool children in rural areas, to evaluate the effect of goat milk powder on malnutrition, growth and cognition of preschool children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄3-5岁；（2）无肢体残疾、遗传性疾病，精神系统疾病或重大疾病；（3）父母/监护人知情同意；（4）父母/监护人能阅读和理解中文。

Inclusion criteria

(1)3-5 age; (2)Without physical disability, genetic disease, mental system disease or serious disease; (3)Informed consent signed by parents/caregivers; (4)Parents/caregivers can read and understand Chinese.

排除标准：

（1）在本地居住≤6个月；（2）不能接受羊奶粉或出现过敏者；（3）日常饮食中规律摄入奶类食品者。每周奶类食品摄入频次大于等于3次定义为规律摄入。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have lived locally for no more than 6 months; (2) people who cannot accept sheep milk powder or have allergies; (3) regular intake of dairy foods in daily diet. Dairy food intake frequency of more than 3 times per week was defined as regular intake.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据通过问卷星软件进行收集，数据收集完成后，将转变成spss格式进行分析和管理。
